This intensive Train-the-Trainer (T3) course prepares training professionals to deliver Apple's Xsan 2 Administration (Xsan 301) curriculum. The course combines lectures with hands-on exercises that reinforce practical skills, peer and instructor feedback, and group discussion. Participants will be expected to deliver pre-assigned sections of the course content and provide constructive feedback.
This course meets one of the requirements necessary to become an IT Apple Certified Trainer for Xsan 301. To fulfill the T3 requirement, you must attend the Xsan 301 T3 course, demonstrate your presentation skills, training abilities, and understanding of the course content, as well as contribute to class discussions and peer review.

Prerequisites
Participants must meet the following prerequisites prior to attending this course:
- Have achieved ACTC 10.5 certification
- Have attended the Xsan 301 course as a student
- Have passed the Xsan 301 exam at the trainer cut score of 83%
- Have submitted an ACT application, and been accepted into the program
- Have teaching experience in a structured, classroom setting
- Have thoroughly reviewed the Apple Training Series book: Xsan 2 Administration - A Guide to Designing, Deploying and Maintaining Xsan, by Dr. Robert Kite, as well as the Student Workbook.

Apple Certified Trainer for IT
To attend an IT Train-the-Trainer (T3) course, candidates must first be accepted into the Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) program. This program trains and certifies qualified individuals to deliver curriculum focused on Apple's suite of technologies. ACTs work with Apple Authorized Training Centers (AATCs) to deliver a range of end-user courses.
Apply for admission by completing the online ACT application. The application will be reviewed by the Apple IT Training team. You must meet all prerequisites to be accepted into the program. Please allow at least seven business days for your application to be processed.
