Course Description

This two-day class guides you through using Soundtrack Pro to edit audio files, repair field recordings, perform multitrack arranging and mixing, synchronize audio and video, analyze and fix common audio problems, and perform other creative sound design techniques. This course focuses on practical, professional techniques used to add professional music and sound effects to video and multimedia projects.

This course is designed for those who want to learn the basics of audio content creation, editing, and mixing and who prefer hands-on, interactive instruction to best explore the functionality of Soundtrack Pro.

This course covers the knowledge necessary to become an Apple Certified Pro, Level One in Soundtrack Pro. Level One certification is granted upon successful completion of the Soundtrack Pro, Level One exam. Apple Authorized Training Centers offer this exam either as part of the course or separately.

This certification also counts towards Final Cut Studio Master Pro certification which recognizes competency with the entire Final Cut Studio product suite.
