An Introduction to Xsan Implementation
Course Description
This three-day class gives a comprehensive theoretical overview and intensive hands-on experience to prepare you for Xsan integrations of any size or configuration. The course covers Xsan components, requirements, topologies, and installation challenge, and provides dedicated time with a system in order for you to explore implementation from component setup and connection to software installation and configuration.
Who Should Attend
This class is designed for technicians for resellers, Apple field employees working with Pro Apps, and technicians working in a post house, studio, or facility.

Prerequisites
Students should have the following prerequisite knowledge prior to attending the course:
- Basic knowledge of Mac OS X
- Basic storage knowledge
- Understand basic networking fundamentals
- Network devices
- Understand server basics and services
- Basic file-serving knowledge
