Taking an exam

Exams are delivered on the Pearson OnVUE online proctoring platform. Before you start, watch the OnVUE Testing Experience video.

Register and schedule an exam

  1. Go to ACRS and sign in with your Apple ID and password.

    2. Note for employees of Apple partners:

    When you're registering for an exam, use the same Apple ID you use for SEED. If you have questions, please contact Apple Training support.

     

  2. On the Apple Certification page, select Available Exams.
  3. Select the exam you want to take.
  4. Review and agree to the online exam policies, then click Next.
  5. Select the date you’d like to take the exam, then choose from the available start times.
  6. Click “Proceed to Checkout”, then click Next.
  7. If you have a voucher or promo code, select “Add Voucher or Promo Code” and add the code.
  8. If there is a balance due, pay for the exam with your credit card.
  9. Agree to the exam policies, then click Next.
  10. Click Submit Order.

Taking your scheduled exam

  1. Thirty minutes before your scheduled exam time, go to ACRS and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  2. Click your exam listed under Open Online Exams.
  3. Click Begin Exam.

If you don’t pass the exam on the first try, you can retake it after 14 days. Review the exam preparation guide from Apple Training.
